help! my keychain looks like
it arrived all scratched up!!

each side of all of my keychains comes with a plastic film covering it to protect it from getting all scratched up in the mail. if once you peel off that film and notice the keychain itself is still scratched, please contact me so i can send you a replacement!

is there any way to make international shipping cost less?

i really wish i could! unfortunately, the price you pay is the same price i pay to send it out. even if i wanted to change it, etsy automatically calculates shipping costs for me :( i'm sorry!!
